Flamingos are born gray and earn their pink through what they eat. Readers grow the same way. Gray2Pink is a year-round program where children earn their color one book at a time — and watch it happen.

Books are logged as they are finished. Nothing is timed, nothing is ranked against another child. The only comparison is to the reader you were last month.
Volume moves a reader up a five-tier ladder. Each tier is a real, announced milestone — a color earned, not assigned.

Gray2Pink is operated by LEEF student interns — high schoolers who manage the book drives, steward the donors, and produce the events. They don't shadow adults doing the work. They do the work, under a supervisor an employer can call and confirm.
